Morning Routine to be Successful in Life: 

Morning is the most important part of our day. But in modern times most of the people take morning very lightly by waking up late and then they will rush to office or their respective work. Nowadays there is a common habit of sleeping late at night. It disturbs the whole day as well as our health. So one should not disturb their sleeping and wake-up routines at any cost. But waking up early is not enough. If you wake up early in the morning and waste your time by checking your phone (which most of the people do) then it's better to wake up late and do things in a hurry. There should be a proper routine of one’s morning excluding mobile phones or any technology. 

Some want to become Doctor, some want to become Engineer, some want to become C.A. Some want to become an entrepreneur but we all want to become successful in our respective field and successful people are well aware of every single step whether it is in their office or in their personal life. Our day is divided in three parts and the morning routine of a person decides the success or failure of a person. 

Don’t worry , you want to be successful. There is a solution , but it demands hard work . There are some early morning routines which will change your life. You just have to follow it on a daily basis and see the magic . 

  1. Biggest Challenge of Leaving Bed in Morning: This is the first and toughest challenge. If you win this battle , then the rest of the things will get easy . 

Set an alarm clock everyday at a fixed time . it will increase your alertness .  

  1. Meditation  : Don’t start just after waking up. Wake up, sit on your bed and talk to your brain. Ask questions to your brain like what is the goal of my life , what is my schedule or anything.  It helps the pituitary gland in our brain to secrete endorphins. It also gives some positive energy and helps one in accepting reality.

  2. Exercise: This task can be tough in the beginning but will prove very enjoyable. Regular exercise comes with so many advantages  physical and mental health.  One can’t afford to skip exercise if he/she wants to successful . 

  3. Breakfast : One must do breakfast before leaving for the office and it will be great if we do it with our family. We often forget to spend time with our family , they are the one who loves us the most so try to spend at least 5 to 6 hrs. with them in a day. 

  4.  Self – Learning: To be  successful , you should learn something new everyday. Make a habit of reading a book or newspaper and try to keep a book in your bag and read it before going to work. If you are the one who drives then try to reach the office early and then give time to your self learning. 

  5. Say Good Morning :  Saying Good Morning is not a big task but saying it with a wide smile is. So don’t try it, just do it. It doesn’t give you pain like exercise and also it doesn’t cost anything. 

  6. To-Do List:  No successful start their work without a “To-Do list”.  A man without a plan can’t be successful . A successful man always knows the tasks he has to do in a day and never forget to make a list . A “To Do List” helps in prioritizing our work. A “To-Do list” must include all types of work whether it is small or big. We often ignore small tasks which we regret later and also sometimes the work gets piled up and increases our workload . 

So , these are the tips to be successful , try to make this routine a habit and you will never regret.
