Apple Peek Performance Event 2022: What to Expect

A launch event is being hosted by Apple tonight at 11:30 pm IST. It's the first launch event by Apple Inc in the year 2022. In addition to announcing the much-anticipated iPhone SE 3 with 5G connectivity, the company will introduce the new iPad Air.
Some last-minute leaks have just surfaced hours ahead of the Apple Peek Performance Event 2022/Apple Spring 2022 Event, hinting at the arrival of some more products. As a result, we may see more products introduced tonight than just the iPhone SE 3 and the iPad Air.

iPhone SE 5G:

As per some reports, the Apple iPhone SE 3 is going to be the key highlight of the Apple Peak Performance Event 2022. It's been a while since rumors and leaks about a new iPhone SE model surfaced. However, numerous reports have hinted at what the iPhone SE may look like, despite Apple not officially announcing it.

Ming-Chi Kuo, a well-known Apple analyst, previously claimed that the upcoming iPhone SE will not undergo a significant design change. Since it will look similar to the iPhone SE that is currently available, this is consistent with previous claims. It will come with a 4.7-inch retina HD display, a Touch ID home button, and a 10-megapixel camera. IP67 water and dust resistance are also said to come with the iPhone.

A15 Bionic is rumored to power the iPhone SE 3. It may be equipped with the iPhone 13's wide-angle camera. According to reports, Apple's iPhone SE 3 will have 5G connectivity. Apparently, this will be the company's cheapest 5G smartphone. It is currently Apple's iPhone 12 mini that offers 5G connectivity at the lowest price.

iPhone 13 - Green Colour Variant:

A few months after the iPhone 12 was announced, Apple revealed a new purple colourway for the iPhone 12. It is expected that Apple will do the same for the iPhone 13 in 2022. The iPhone 13 could be unveiled in a green colourway, according to leaks.

Apple might also announce a green color option for the iPhone 13 mini if it follows last year's fashion, but we don't know if there will be a new color for the iPhone 13 Pro.

Mac Studio and Studio Display:

At the event, Apple is expected to unveil a new Mac, which will be called the Mac Studio. A YouTuber named Luke Miani reports that the device is more like a powerful Mac mini or a smaller Mac Pro. The Mac Studio might also debut at the Spring event, according to Bloomberg's Mark Gurman.

According to reports, Apple may unveil a new external display called the Studio Display during the Spring event. In addition to being the successor to the Pro Display XDR, the new display is expected to be more affordable and consumer-oriented as well.

A 13-inch MacBook Pro:

There is also a possibility that the 13-inch MacBook Pro will be announced at the event. A new M2 chip may be used in the new MacBook Pro, according to some rumors. It is not clear when this product might be released; it could launch alongside the M2 chip-powered MacBook Air later this year.

iPhone Cases:

The iPhone case lineup received two new colors last month, revealed on Twitter. These colors may launch at tonight's Spring 2022 event. A new collection of colors includes light blue, orange, dark turquoise, and some others. 

Release Dates Mac OS Monterey 12.3 and iOS 15.4:

An announcement for the launch date of the stable version of iOS 15.4, iPadOS 15.4, and macOS Monterey 12.3 is expected shortly. Apple has been testing these software updates for some time. A Spring launch would be an ideal event to announce them.
