3 Soups to Boost Immunity This Winter: -

Soup - Soup is very healthy and energetic for our body. Soup is like a liquid food, generally Soups warm (but it may be cool or cold also) that is made by combining ingredients of meat or vegetables with stock, or with water. Really soups are very powerful and energetic food which are required for our body mostly in the winter season. There are many non-vegetarian foods that are known to boost our immunity system.
But here we are with three Veg soups recipes which help to Boost Immunity -
1. Ginger Carrot Soup - Ginger is most useful in the winter season for everyone. This Ginger Carrot soup has a good source of carrot along with ginger making it a must-have during the winter. Carrots come loaded with Beta Carotene, which improves eyesight and keeps infections aside, whereas ginger is brimming with antioxidants and anti-inflammatory which are known to prevent Cold Cough and throat infections.

Recipe - Heat the oil in a pot/pan with medium heat add the onion and a pinch of salt and pepper. Cook it until it gets softened and then add the smashed garlic and chopped carrots to the pot and cook for 8- 10 minutes, stir it sometimes then add 3-4 cups broth. Reduce to simmer and cook until the carrot gets soft, cook it for 30 minutes. Now let cool it down. If desired serve with a drizzle of coconut milk.
2. Moong Dal-Coconut-Kiwi Soup- This Soup is a mix-match of immunity-boosting foods (i)Moong Dal,(ii) Coconut, and (iii)Kiwi. While Moong Dal has proteins in more quantity and on the other hand Kiwi is also an excellent source of protein. Which helps build a healthy immune system. We can also use this soup to host some spices such as peppercorns, cloves, and turmeric powder, etc.

Recipe - Heat oil in a pan, add bay leaves cumin seeds, coriander seeds, black peppercorn and garlic, onion and chopped kiwi, and boiled Moong Dal. Put into a bowl. Now mix warm water and keep on low heat for 5-10 minutes and add Coconut Cream and mix, switch off the heat and piping-hot garnished with fresh coriander springs.
3.Tomato Soup -Tomato is very tasteful for everyone even children who also like tomato Soup. Tomato soup is perfect for enjoying as a lunch and light dinner. Many peoples like to have Tomato Soup in the winter season. We can say winter is the season of different-different Soups.

Recipe - First add two tablespoons of butter in a pot on medium to low heat. Add two bay leaves and fry it in the butter for a few seconds until it gets lightly browned and now add 1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic and 1/3 cup of chopped onion saute and stir it for 3-4 minutes. Now add the fresh and chopped tomatoes 500 grams, and a pinch of salt to taste and mix well and cover on medium-low heat until the tomatoes cooked about 8-10 minutes. After 10 minutes, the tomatoes get softened, now remove it from the heat and cool it down. Take out bay leaves. Now in the mix it in the blender, now with some warm water keep it again on low heat for 5 minutes and now mix a fresh cream to increase the taste, now you can serve hot and healthy soup.
